Do the camera feeders need a subscription?
No subscription is needed to watch live, get motion alerts or use two-way audio. Scout includes AI species ID free for 30 days plus a free rolling 3-day cloud history. After that, AI ID and longer cloud storage are optional paid plans in the companion app. On Lookout, AI ID is an optional paid plan.
What Wi-Fi do the cameras need?
Both cameras connect to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Pair the camera at the spot you plan to mount it and make sure your phone shows at least two bars there.
How fast is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders ship from US warehouses within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 2–5 business days later, with tracking.
What is your return policy?
If something isn’t right for your yard, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. See the full return policy.
How do I keep squirrels away?
Hang feeders 5 ft up, 7 ft from anything climbable and 9 ft below branches, and add a baffle. Our squirrel-proof picks help a lot.
How do I get my sighting featured?
Upload it on the Sightings page with the species and your town. We feature favorites every week and send featured spotters a thank-you discount.
