30-day returns

We want you to love your Bird Trackers gear. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Condition

Items should be returned in their original condition with all parts and accessories. For hygiene reasons, used hummingbird feeders and bird baths must be cleaned before return.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Need a different item? Start a return and place a new order. That’s the fastest way to get what you need.
